By using OmniGPT, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you use OmniGPT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide information and use the Service for that organization.
1. Who We Are
OmniGPT is operated by:
Next Level Empire LLC

Houston, TX 77002
United States
Privacy contact: privacy@tryomnigpt.com
Legal contact: legal@tryomnigpt.com
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information from service providers that help us operate OmniGPT.
Account and identity information
We may collect your name, email address, organization name, login identifiers, authentication provider data, user ID, workspace ID, plan type, account role, and account status. OmniGPT uses Auth0 for authentication and account management.
Billing information
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We may receive billing status, plan, subscription status, charge status, customer ID, invoice metadata, and limited payment information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Workspace and product usage information
We may collect workspace configuration, plan entitlements, credit usage, workflow selections, run history, session state, saved artifacts, feature usage, support events, device/browser metadata, logs, and operational telemetry needed to provide and improve the Service.
Browser-agent session information
When you direct OmniGPT to perform a browser-agent workflow, the Service may process prompts, instructions, URLs, page content, screenshots, browser actions, generated artifacts, session logs, status events, and related metadata. This information is used to perform the requested workflow, show results, debug issues, secure the Service, enforce limits, and improve product reliability.
Credentials, vault, and connected-session information
Some workflows may require access to websites or tools you authorize. OmniGPT may support credential vaults or session capture flows designed to reduce repeated logins. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect any account, website, or tool. Do not provide credentials or access to accounts you are not authorized to use.
Support and communications
If you contact us, we may collect your messages, attachments, issue details, account information, and support history so we can respond and resolve issues.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics, session replay, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, understand conversion, detect abuse, and improve the Service. These tools may include providers such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, or similar analytics and advertising technologies when enabled.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and maintain OmniGPT;
- create and manage accounts, workspaces, sessions, credits, billing, and support;
- run user-directed browser-agent workflows;
- generate, store, and display artifacts and run history;
- process payments, subscriptions, Power Packs, refunds, disputes, and invoices;
- authenticate users and protect accounts;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, policy violations, and security incidents;
- improve product reliability, feature quality, onboarding, and performance;

- comply with law, legal process, and regulatory obligations.
4. AI Providers and Model Routing
OmniGPT may use AI model providers, routing providers, infrastructure vendors, or automation providers to process prompts, page content, session events, artifacts, and related information as needed to deliver the Service. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Vercel, Firebase, E2B, database providers, hosting providers, logging providers, and similar vendors.
We use these providers to perform user-requested work, operate infrastructure, secure the platform, and improve reliability. Provider processing is subject to contractual terms, technical controls, and the provider’s applicable policies.
5. Data Training Position
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private workspace/session content to train our own foundation models. Third-party AI providers may process information to provide the requested Service and may have their own terms governing abuse monitoring, retention, and model improvement. Where available and appropriate, we seek to use business, API, or enterprise configurations that limit provider training on customer content.
6. Voice Processing
OmniGPT uses ElevenLabs, Inc. as a subprocessor for conversational voice AI features. ElevenLabs processes audio inputs (your spoken voice) and generates voice responses (synthetic speech) on our behalf to enable natural language voice interactions within the Service.
Voice audio is transmitted to ElevenLabs over encrypted connections. ElevenLabs processes this audio to generate transcriptions, conversational responses, and synthesized voice output. ElevenLabs' processing is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours.
You are not required to use voice features. Voice is available in plans with sufficient credits and can be accessed through voice mode in your workspace chat.
7. Recording Disclosure
When you use OmniGPT voice features, your audio input is processed and may be recorded depending on the context:
- Onboarding conversations with ARIA: These conversations are always recorded to improve onboarding guidance, personalize your setup, and ensure quality. By using ARIA onboarding voice mode, you consent to this recording.
- Workspace recordings: Voice sessions in your workspace are opt-in. A toggle in your workspace settings controls whether workspace voice conversations are recorded. The default state is OFF. You may enable or disable workspace recordings at any time.
- Transient audio: Audio inputs sent to ElevenLabs for real-time voice processing may be temporarily retained by ElevenLabs per their retention policies. We do not independently store transient audio streams beyond what is described above.
8. Retention
We retain voice-related data according to the following schedule:
- Onboarding recordings and transcripts: Retained for the lifetime of your account or until you explicitly delete them.
- Workspace recordings (when enabled): Retained while the recording feature is enabled or until you delete them.
- Account deletion: Upon account deletion, all voice recordings, transcripts, and associated metadata are permanently removed within the standard deletion window described in Section 12.
For questions about retention periods or deletion schedules, contact privacy@tryomnigpt.com.
9. Deletion Rights
You have the right to delete your voice data at any time:
- Individual recordings: You may delete individual voice recordings and their transcripts through your workspace history or settings.
- Bulk deletion: You may request deletion of all voice recordings and transcripts associated with your account.
- Account deletion cascade: When you delete your account, all voice data — including recordings, transcripts, memories, and associated metadata — is permanently removed as part of the account deletion cascade described in Section 12.
To request deletion, contact privacy@tryomnigpt.com or use the deletion controls available in your workspace settings.
10. Data Handling
Voice audio inputs and generated transcripts are stored in encrypted object storage (B2/S3), scoped to your organization, and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized operations needed to provide the Service.
Voice data is used solely to provide conversational AI features, improve onboarding quality, and support legitimate support requests. Voice data is not used to train third-party foundation models. Where available, we use business or enterprise configurations with our voice subprocessor to limit use of audio data for model improvement.
11. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- service providers and vendors that host, secure, process, analyze, support, or operate the Service;
- payment processors such as Stripe;
- authentication providers such as Auth0;
- AI, model-routing, browser automation, infrastructure, analytics, and logging providers;
- professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and security consultants;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security;
- business transfer parties in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
12. Data Storage and Retention
OmniGPT primarily stores and processes data in the United States. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.
Workspace artifacts, run history, and storage limits may vary by plan. Deleted information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before deletion according to operational retention schedules.
Account deletion and retention tiers
When you request account deletion, we start a 30-day grace period during which you may sign in and cancel the request. After grace, we tombstone the account and remove workspace data. We retain only the minimum necessary records required for legal, security, fraud, billing, and dispute obligations.
- Grace period: 30 days to cancel a pending deletion request.
- Deletion-proof and backup residual: up to 90 days after tombstone where operational backups require it.
- Financial and tax records: up to 7 years, anonymized at tombstone where applicable; Stripe compliance fields may be retained and Stripe customer records are not deleted at user request.
- Security, fraud, and legal hold: retained on an incident or lawful-need basis without a fixed calendar expiry when required.
- Re-signup: blocked until all retention tiers for the account are purged.
For questions about deletion or retention, contact privacy@tryomnigpt.com.
13. Security
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure authentication, encrypted transport, logging, monitoring, and operational guardrails. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, workspace access, and connected third-party accounts.
If you believe your account or data may be at risk, contact security@tryomnigpt.com.
14. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain processing, marketing, or data sharing.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@tryomnigpt.com. We may need to verify your identity and account ownership before responding.
15. Marketing Communications
You may receive account, billing, service, security, or transactional messages. You may also receive marketing communications if permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions in the email, but we may still send non-marketing service messages.
16. Children and Minors
OmniGPT is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact privacy@tryomnigpt.com.
17. International Users
If you access OmniGPT from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, application, email, or other reasonable means.
